Observing Bifurcation of Non-stable Fixed points of Logistic Maps
Abstract
Logistic maps are recurrences in a quadratic form that exhibit instability under certain conditions. In this paper, we investigate the nature of instability and the condition under which it arises. In particular, we visualize the bifurcation of fixed points using graphing techniques, and simple iterative and variational principles. The resulting chaos is briefly discussed.
